Acer Iconia (Android 4.1 Operating System)

Group: Forum Members Posts: 15, Visits: 65	Hi There I am just trying SkyDemon on an Acer Iconia tablet running Andriod 4.1. The software appears to shut down randomly without any error messages being displayed. Also it does not see the GPS in "Go Flying" mode although it is enabled on the tablet and Google Maps is working fine using the GPS. I have removed SkyDemon and reinstalled without any luck. Any ideas on this ? Lufty

Recently purchased an Iconia B1 7inch tab and installed 2.6.2 upon it and it works a treat. Working from memory, the B1 is 4.1.2. Only used for 15 mins flight time but checked it out up and down the M4 for several hours and it was faultless. For the month of May 2013 Acer are giving £20 cash back on this tab. At £80 I would say its a bargain. Not many cheaper 7 inch tabs have the inbuilt GPS.

If the problem persists, you could contact us via email and request that we look at our crash logs for a particular day to see if we have any more information about the crash you've experienced.
